PROJECTS

DELAMAIN and the documented builds, each with its problem, approach and what it proved.

  • DELAMAIN — Live. A personal AI operating system whose backend owns the entire agent loop — state, tools, routing, and streaming stay coherent across reconnects, restarts, and provider failures.
  • Outreach Desk — Live. An autonomous, safety-gated job-outreach control plane — discover leads, verify real emails, and send personalized campaigns under human approval and hard caps.
  • The Convergence Mirage — Research. High cross-model representation similarity in from-scratch music models is mostly architectural prior, not learned convergence — you can’t claim convergence without an untrained floor.
  • Swap or Flop — Research. Benchmark win rate, behavioral competence, and learned strategy are not interchangeable — RL agents need behavioral probes, not just reward metrics.
  • ThriftCycle — Live. A Goodwill-native operations layer that turns donation intake into routing, tag metadata, and manager forecasting — 1st place at George Hacks 2026.
  • WebRAG — Working. Give an LLM a research memory: index web pages into a persistent, citable corpus with recursion that knows when to stop.
  • Islands of Innovation — Research. Defense microelectronics R&D stimulates patenting where contracts land — but 25 km from a defense hub is, statistically, the same as 500 km. Geographic spillovers are gone.
  • La Frontera — Live. A fully static, editorially designed online magazine for U.S.–Mexico relations — built as a publication, not an app.
